Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

Generally, all sales are final except in these specific cases:

  • Defective products or those damaged in shipping
  • Products you need to exchange for size (return then re-purchase in the correct size)
  • Incorrect products shipped to you


What items are non-returnable?

  • Sale products
  • Special order products
  • Gift cards


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns if for the reasons outlined above.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the instructions on screen and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
